The buffalo blasts at The Cheesecake Factory is nothing like a normal buffalo chicken you've had! It's got pieces of chicken with cheese and buffalo sauce stuffed in a spiced wrapper and fried until crispy.

It is served with celery sticks and blue cheese which is a classic. The service at Cheesecake Factory is excellent.
