Kebab khishkash @ Freej Swaileh

The kebab khishkash is served over a bed of pureed tomatoes .The hot kebab gives a fresh aroma of the grill while the tomatoes provide a tangy flavor to the dish. When ordered hummus on the side , this dish is a perfect combination of traditional Arabic flavors.

When the hot khabous and the flavors of the kebab, tomato and hummus are mixed there is a burst of flavors in your mouth.

The interior of the restaurant is like an old Kuwait with homes, streets and sweet shops. Personal cabins are designed as homes with wooden doors, windows and a fish tank inside and lanterns hanging outside. The Staff were all dressed up in Kuwaiti Attires , which makes you feel like you're in an old Kuwaiti city .

The personal cabin gives you a privacy and makes you feel like home , the service is really good as the waiters are friendly and the food is served hot .

The dish is so yummy for the price you pay. Overall, the flavors of the dish as well as the service provided are so well put together , you couldn’t ask for more.
